With global experience across three continents and a degree in International Relations from the University of Denver, Solomon blends strategic insight with human-centered leadership to deliver measurable results. His approach has guided executives, boards, ERGs, and organizations to align leadership, eliminate cultural leaks, and unlock peak team performance.
